This is the second Garmin watch I have bought from Fitness Digital. Price wise they have always been the most competitive and often have discounts available too. I never have to wait too long for delivery- 48 hours max. I would highly recommend fitness digital to all my running buddies 🤗
Fantastic service. Great selection of products. Best prices around. Excellent parcel tracking facility. Constant updates as to the location of the parcel. Package arrived the next day and the delivery was free of charge!!! Amazing!!!
This watch is very easy to use, ideal for the novice GPS watch user. It has everything you need without being overloaded with complex features. You can time your route, track distances, log runs, view your splits and it even has a pedometer. Fantastic product, great battery life and reasonably priced!
In addition to the great product itself - I was really pleased with Fitnessdigital customer service response times and help (had to contact to clarify product availability, as it was still on "pre-order").
Finally a new design from Garmin tailored to users with smaller wrists!
Bought this watch for my girlfriend, who is a very active person, mainly mountaineering, hiking, cycling and some running. She previously tried Fenix 3 on her wrist, and it was too bulky and not "office friendly". Fenix 5s on the other side has much more "women" oriented design and she is now wearing the watch even at work. In terms of features, it has all she can potentially wish for and more. One of the best features is the ability to record your tracks and then re-using them to follow your steps. The watch will also vibrate and notify with the sound if you need to turn or change direction along your recorded path. You can view your stats and interact with other Garmin users online, via Garmin connect or on Android/iOS/Windows phone app - interface from Garmin is very mature and well designed.
Another fantastic product from polar, packed full of features that other more expensive trackers lack. Having the interchangeable wrist straps means it can be customised to suit your lifestyle or even mood.
Only improvement i would suggest, is a built in wrist HR monitor, to improve the trackers accuracy, chest strap is fine but for a non GPS watch, i think a wrist based HR monitor would be the icing on the cake.
It's small and comfortable, and it has really motivated me to move more! it has showed me that I need to improve my fitness and now I'm determined to do so! Also, love how it tracks my sleep! Love being able to see my heart rate daily and whether I'm in a cardio zone or fat burning zone or at my peak! Motivates me to reach my peak everytime I'm working out!
I am very pleased with my purchase of the Polar FT7 heart monitor. It is simple to set up and use, and the chest transmitter also "talks" to all of the cardio equipment in my local gym - with the notable exception of the Concept ergonometers. The practical upshot of this, for me, is that I only ever need to use the watch receiver when using the Ergo.
I had previously purchased a cheap "off-brand" heart watch via AliExpress. It cost less than €20 and, somewhat predictably, proved to be a complete waste of money. Actually, it never worked at all.
The Polar FT7 comes with a very comfortable chest strap that has a snap-on transmitter. If I have one tiny niggle, it is that the watch itself is rather small, but this is of no functional significance, and it will probably suit all tastes.
