A Buyer's Guide to wall bars
Wall bars are a great sports accessory that should not be missing in any gym. Traditionally built in wood, they are a structure fixed to a wall with a series of horizontally aligned bars.
Although its design is simple, wall bars offer a wide range of movements. They act as the perfect anchor: they allow you to climb and perform suspended routines, all individually and with great stability. So we can work any part of the body: abs, legs, arms, buttocks, back, calf muscles, etc. At the end of the exercise, we can move on to stretching. With the back you can stretch the vast majority of the muscles of the body very effectively. Remember that stretching is very important to relax the muscles after intense exercise and return them to their usual state, helping to avoid injuries.
In addition, it is worth mentioning that the exercises and stretching performed on a wall bar are not only varied, but it is also easy to increase or decrease their intensity thanks to the different heights we have available.
If you have a room with enough height to install it, you will also discover that wall bars occupy little space.
Wall bar height
Wall bars usually have an approximate height of 2.4 meters. It is convenient to leave at least half a meter of space between the end of the wall bar and the roof to be able to exercise using the highest bar. Be sure to measure the space where you want to install the wall bar and check its dimensions on the product page.
